What is oral cancer?
Oral cancer is a serious condition in which the cells located inside of your mouth become cancerous. Oral cancer can appear on your tongue, lips, the inside of your cheeks, gums, or on the roof or floor of your mouth. While sometimes no symptoms appear at all, oral cancer is often characterized by red or white patches inside of your mouth that do not go away.
